Andrew Mankey and Angela Neff

A Sept. 5 wedding is being planned by Angela Neff and Andrew Mankey, both of Wexford.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gary and Nancy Neff of Butler. Mother of the prospective bridegroom is the late Dolly Grieve.

The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Butler High School and a 1998 graduate of the Butler Vo-Tech cosmetology program. She is employed by Supercuts in Gibsonia.

Her fiance graduated in 1992 from North Catholic High School and in 1996 from John Carroll University. He is the regional vice president of Pacific Life.
