Andrew Gapinski and Ashley Rumbaugh

A Sept. 19 wedding is being planned by Ashley Rumbaugh and Andrew Gapinski, both of Germantown, Md.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dave and Kathy Rumbaugh of Hilliards. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Stanley and Linda Gapinski of Vandergrift.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Moniteau High School and a 2006 graduate of Penn State University. She is employed by Ferguson Enterprises in Rockville, Md.

Her fiance graduated in 2002 from Kiski Area High School and in 2006 from Penn State University. He is employed by Sherwin Williams in Gaithersburg, Md.
