The county probation officer who accused President Judge Thomas Doerr of sexual misconduct has filed an amended civil complaint in federal court revealing her identity.

Crystal Starnes, the plaintiff in the lawsuit filed Oct. 10 in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh, had previously been identified only as “Jane Doe,” in court documents.

Starnes' lawsuit claims sexual misconduct and workplace discrimination by Judge Doerr and other defendants. She was ordered on Nov. 4 to file an amended civil complaint that includes her real name by U.S. District Judge Cathy Bissoon.
