Lavorini, Taylor
A Sept. 10 wedding is being planned by Kay Marie Lavorini and Michael Taylor, both of Washington, D.C.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tom and Amy Lavorini of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Linda Taylor of Las Vegas and the late Tom Taylor of Springville, Utah.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Butler High School and a 2003 graduate of Penn State University. She received a master’s in 2004 from the University of Pittsburgh. She is employed by the United States Federal Government in Washington, D.C
Her fiance graduated in 1999 from Fremont High School in Plain City, Utah. He served from 2000 to 2005 in the United States Marine Corps and graduated in 2008 from Strayer University. He is employed by GeoEye in Washington, D.C.
