Neill, Cecil
A Sept. 17 wedding is being planned by Miranda Neill and Thurman Gray Cecil, both of Taylors, S.C.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Edward and Patricia Neill of Herman. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are John Patrick Cecil and Nancy Gray Cecil of Spartansburg, S.C.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Butler High School and a 2003 graduate of Westminster College, where she received a bachelor’s in broadcast communications. She is employed at FOX Carolina News in Greenville, S.C.
Her fiance graduated in 1988 from Kents Hill School in Kents Hill, Maine. He attended the University of Georgia and College of Charleston and received a degree in 1999 in broadcast production and technology from Isothermal Community College. He is employed at FOX Carolina News in Greenville, S.C.
The couple will reside in Greenville, S.C.
