Clay Piper and Lauren Wiefling

A July 14 wedding is being planned by Lauren Wiefling of Butler and Clay Piper of Johnstown.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brian and Laurie Wiefling of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Robert and Pamela Piper of Johnstown.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Knoch High School, and a 2008 graduate of Clarion University, where she studied elementary education. She received her master’s from Clarion in 2010.

She is employed by the Warren County School District as a teacher.

Her fiance graduated in 2003 from Central Cambria High School and in 2007 from Grove City College, where he studied mechanical engineering.

He is a project manager at Middough Inc. in Cleveland.
