Shelby Wynn and R.J. Fedzen

An August 2013 wedding is being planned by Shelby Wynn of Butler and R.J. Fedzen of Bethel Park.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Robb and Tracey Ritenour of Butler and Bill Wynn of Penn Township. Mother of the prospective bridegroom is Debbie Fedzen of Bethel Park.

The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Butler High School. She is attending Paul Mitchell The School for cosmetology in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Her fiance graduated in 2008 from Bethel High School.

He is in the United States Army based in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
