Water main breaks outside of judge's office
No rain but it's a little wet this morning outside the office of District Judge William Fullerton's office on West Cunningham Street.
An apparent water main break was reported about 7:45 a.m. A Pennsylvania American Water Co. crew is on its way, Butler police said.
