State police are investigating a two-car collision on Route 38 in Center Township this afternoon that left two people injured, authorities said.

The T-bone crash happened just north of Marshall Offstein Auto Sales about 2:10 p.m. when one of the cars apparently crossed into the other lane. The cars were headed in opposite directions.

A police accident report was not immediately available.

The driver of the car that was hit on the passenger side — and took the brunt of the damage — managed to crawl of a window and apparently was not hurt, said Chief Nathan Wullf of the Unionville Volunteer Fire Department.

“It was kind of miraculous that he got out and was walking around,” Wulff said.

The initial call to 911 reported there was entrapment in that vehicle.

The driver and passenger in the other car were both taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital. Both occupants appeared to have only minor injuries, authorities said.

Road conditions did not appear to be a factor, according to emergency crews, who did not know what might have caused the crash.
