CAMARILLO, Calif. — The average U.S. price of gasoline has dipped 6 cents a gallon in the past two weeks and prices in California have fallen 9 cents in the same time period.

According to the Lundberg Survey released Sunday, the average nationwide for a gallon of regular is now $3.52. The average price for midgrade gasoline is $3.83 and premium is $3.88.

Of cities surveyed in the Lower 48 states, the lowest price, $3.19, was in Jackson, Miss.

San Francisco had the highest price at $3.95.

DENVER — Someone in Colorado is holding the winning Powerball ticket for a $90 million prize.The Colorado Lottery says it's the largest Powerball jackpot ever won in the state.It says the winning ticket for Saturday night's multistate drawing was purchased at a Kum & Go convenience store in the small western city of Rifle. The ticketholder has yet to come forward.The winner matched the five winning numbers — 3, 12, 31, 34, 51 — and the Powerball, 24.The Colorado Lottery says the $90 million jackpot amounts to an estimated $54.9 million cash payout. The store will get a $50,000 commission.

NEW YORK — Volkswagen of America is recalling 151,389 Tiguan SUVs due to the possibility of stalling.No accidents or injuries have been reported. The problem is with fuel pumps on some models from 2009 to 2014. Gas bubbles may form in the fuel system when winterized fuel is used in warmer months or warmer areas, which could lead to the car stalling.Volkswagen is notifying all owners of the vehicles about the recall. Dealers are installing revised software in the cars to fix this issue.

PITTSBURGH — A longtime Salvation Army collector is struggling to adjust to an upcoming ban on such work at Pittsburgh's International Airport.The Allegheny County Airport Authority says all solicitations in the terminal will stop after Sept. 1, including the iconic Salvation Army red kettle.Marilyn Darnley, 72, had tears in her eyes Friday as she told frequent donors about the change. Darnley has collected money at the airport for 16 years and is the only year-round kettle collector in the region.Airport Authority spokesman JoAnn Jenny says some customers were uncomfortable with solicitations and that other airports have similar bans.The charity likely can't afford to employ Darnley without airport donations.

FORT WORTH, Texas — One of the largest ranches in the U.S. and an icon for Texas horse and cattlemen has been listed for $725 million, marking the end of a decades-long courtroom battle among the heirs of cattle baron W.T. Waggoner, who established the estate in 1923.The estate includes the 510,000-acre ranch spread over six North Texas counties, with two main compounds, hundreds of homes, about 20 cowboy camps, hundreds of quarter-horses, thousands of heads of cattle, 1,200 oil wells and 30,000 acres of cultivated land, according to Dallas-based broker Bernie Uechtritz.Heirs and stakeholders currently occupy two of the three principle houses and much of the estate has not yet been explored for oil and other mineral reserves.
