Jillian Hamilton, daughter of James Dunning and Betty Copley from Gibsonia, entered the Air Force delayed entry program on April 15 and shipped to basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, on Sept. 7.

Hamilton is a 1996 graduate of Beechcroft High School in Ohio.

Melissa Moore, daughter of Gary Moore and Amy Hellinger of Sarver, entered the Air Force delayed entry program on May 14 and shipped to basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, on Sept. 7.

Moore is a 2000 graduate of Lenape Vo-Tech School.

Christa L Hayes, daughter of Douglas Hayes and Deborah Hamer of Butler, entered the delayed entry program for the Air Force on March 12.

Hayes, a 2004 graduate of Butler High School, shipped to basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, on Sept. 7.

Matthew Halin recently graduated from the Army ROTC Leader Development and Assessment Course, at Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Wash.

Halin is the son of Lin and Judith Halin of Sarver.

He is a 2001 graduate of Freeport High School.
