Marine Corps Lance Cpl.

Gregory McCay, son of Barbara and Augustus McCay of Gibsonia, recently completed the basic aviation machinist's mate jet engine course at Marine Aviation Training Support Group 21, Naval Air Training Command, Pensacola, Fla.McCay joined the Marine Corps in April 2003.

<B>John Ward</B>, son of Bob and Debbie Ward of Butler, is currently serving in Iraq with the 458th Engineering Battalion of the Army Reserves and was recently promoted to specialist.Ward, a 2001 alumnus of Butler High School, is a graduate the Fort Leonard Wood basic and combat engineering course.

Air Force Airman <B>Brandon Kopach</B> has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.He is the son of Philip Kopach of Slippery Rock and Kathy Kopach of Windber, Somerset County,Kopach is a 2004 graduate of Conemaugh Valley High School, Johnstown.

Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class <B>Krista Kulak</B> has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.She is the daughter of Tracy and John Kulak of Cranberry Township.Kulak is a 2004 graduate of Seneca Valley High School.

Petty Officer 3rd Class <B>Ryan Enscoe</B>, son of Paul and Jamie Enscoe of Petrolia, has returned to his homeport of Norfolk, Va., after completing his first deployment with the USS Wasp Expeditionary Strike Group in support of the global war on terrorism.During the deployment, Enscoe, who is a damage controlman, was able to travel to places such as Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates; Seychelles, and Rota, Spain.The 2000 graduate of Moniteau High School, he is the work center supervisor for the damage control shop and has completed all of the requirements to become a fire marshal.

Marine Corps Lance Cpl. <B>Russell Dietz</B>, son of Deborah Dietz of Gibsonia, recently reported for duty with Marine Attack Squadron 311, Marine Air Corps Station, Yuma, Ariz.Dietz is a 2003 graduate of Pine Richland High School.
