Man taken to hospital after two-vehicle crash in Brady Township
BRADY TWP — A 38-year-old Renfrew man was injured this morning when state police said he failed to stop at a red light and caused a two-vehicle crash at Route 8 and Hall Road in Brady Township.
Police did not immediately release the man's name. He was taken to an unknown hospital with apparent moderate injuries.
The other driver, a 20-year-old Sarver woman, was not injured.
Police said the man was driving westbound on Hall Road in a car around 9:20 a.m. when he went through the red light, and was struck by the SUV, which was traveling south on Route 8. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
The Unionville Volunteer Fire Department and Butler Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
