Butler Memorial Hospital operates a COVID-19 testing site at 304 Delwood Road in Butler. Although appointments are not required and walk-ins are welcome, all COVID-19 tests require an order from a physician.

To obtain an order, people are asked to reach out to their primary care physician. If they do not have one, they can contact the BHS Care Center at 833-602-2273 for assistance.

The testing site is open from 8 a.m. to noon Monday to Friday.

The BHS Vaccine Clinic offers vaccinations and booster shots at the Butler Memorial Hospital and BHS Crossroads Campus.The clinic at Butler Memorial Hospital, One Hospital Way, Butler, operates from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.All individuals who go to this location should enter through the Tower Entrance.The clinic at BHS Crossroads Campus, 127 Oneida Valley Road (1st floor), Butler, operates from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday.For additional information or to schedule an appointment visit www.butlerhealthsystem.org.
