PennDOT plans several minor projects in county

Motorists are asked to use caution this week as several projects are completed by state Department of Transportation crews.

A news release from PennDOT listed the following projects in the county:

- Patching through Friday on Evans City Road in Butler Township

- Patching through Friday on Oneida Valley Road in Washington and Venango townships

- Patching on Keister Road in Slippery Rock on Monday and Tuesday and in Cherry Township on Wednesday and Thursday

- Patching Tuesday through Friday on North Washington Road in Clay, Concord and Washington townships

- Drain work and pipe installation through Friday on Route 528 in Forward Township

- Shoulder work Tuesday in Jefferson and Summit townships. Fill dirt is available.

- Shoulder work Tuesday and Wednesday on Freeport Road in Summit, Jefferson and Winfield townships. Fill dirt is available.

- Shoulder work Wednesday and Thursday on Rockdale Road in Penn and Jefferson Townships. Fill dirt is available.

- Shoulder work Thursday and Friday on Dinnerbell Road in Penn and Jefferson townships. Fill dirt is available.

- Pipe replacement on Monroe Road in Buffalo Township through Wednesday and on Sarver Road Wednesday through Friday

- Edge patching Tuesday through Friday on Hooker Road in Concord Township

- Evening bridge work Monday on Myoma Road in Adams Township

- Evening bridge work Tuesday on Seneca School, Franklin and Hartman roads in Jackson Township

- Evening bridge work Wednesday on Brownsdale Road in Penn Township

- Evening bridge work on Route 422 in Butler Township on Thursday and on Evans City Road on Friday

- Line painting Tuesday on Route 8 in Center Township, weather permitting

- Line painting Wednesday and Thursday on West Sunbury Road from Center to Venango townships, weather permitting

- Line painting Thursday and Friday on Route 422 from Butler to Clearfield townships.
