One man flown to hospital after Center Ave wreck
One man was taken by medical helicopter to the hospital after striking a utility in Butler Monday night.
BUTLER — A man was taken by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital after his vehicle struck a utility pole at 716 Center Avenue at 9:47 p.m. Monday night, according to emergency services.
A firefighter said the driver told city police he was traveling east on Center Avenue when he lost control of the vehicle.
The crash caused heavy front-end damage to the vehicle. The utility pole was snapped.
No other passengers were in the vehicle.
