Woman turns herself in on drug charges
CHICORA — A Concord Township woman Thursday turned herself in on felony drug charges, three weeks after authorities allegedly seized nearly half a pound of suspected cocaine, a stolen pistol and nearly $10,000 from her rental home.
Ashley L. Pisor, 27, was arraigned by District Judge Lewis Stoughton of Chicora, and later released after posting $30,000 bail.
Pisor's live-in boyfriend, Jamel A. Barnes, 28, has been in Butler County Prison since July 11, when state parole agents reportedly discovered the cache of drugs and other evidence during a routine compliance visit at the couple's Route 38 home.
Pisor and Barnes are both charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of receiving stolen property, all felonies.
They also are charged with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
