Josiah James Lorenzini, 3, of Butler passed away following a long battle with Menkes Disease at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born May 12, 2009, in Butler to Brian Lorenzini and Heather (Stephenson) Lorenzini.

Josiah was a happy little boy who loved being outside, listening to music and being held by his mommy and daddy.

Josiah is survived by his parents, Brian and Heather Lorenzini of Butler; three sisters, Amanda Gibson and her fiancée, Brandon Timblin, Kayla Lorenzini and Cierra Lorenzini, all of Butler; one brother, Isaiah Lorenzini of Butler; his maternal grandmother, Kim Stephenson; his paternal grandparents, Chuck and Nancy Lorenzini; two aunts; and two uncles.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Corey Stephenson.

LORENZINI — Friends of Josiah James Lorenzini, who died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, will be received Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Victory Family Church, 21150 Route 19, Cranberry Township, with the Rev. John Nuzzo officiating.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to ESB Bank, 831 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053.
