VOICe in need of donations
The Cranberry Township location of VOICe is seeking donations of clothing and items to brighten up the winter this holiday season.
VOICe, the Victim Outreach Intervention Center, provides aid and assistance to individuals and families who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and other crimes.
“We ask for anything seasonal in the way of clothing,” said Taylor Adams, a shelter advocate at the Cranberry location. “We don't take any big furniture, but puzzles and games and anything like that, I am sure we could use.”
During regular months, VOICe holds donation days on the last Thursday of the month. During November and December, no official donation days are scheduled, but the shelter is still in need, Adams said.
