New Adams Twp. supervisor sworn in
The Adams Board of Supervisors reelected board chairman and vice chairman Russ Ford and Ron Shemela to their positions and swore in a new member of the board at a reorganization meeting on Monday evening.
Ronald Nacey, who ran unopposed in the fall 2021 election, was officially sworn in as a supervisor at the meeting. He replaces longtime previous supervisor Linda Lees, who retired at the end of 2021 and did not run again.
Shemela was named the board member in charge of police, filling Lees’ previous role.
Ford and Nacey were also named fire department liaisons.
