Amanda Simpson

Amanda Simpson of Sewickley graduated with a doctoral degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.While at the University of Pittsburgh, she was a member of Lambda Kappa Sigma pharmacy sorority and the Pennsylvania Pharmacy Association.She is employed by Heritage Valley Health Systems.A 2004 graduate of Seneca Valley High School, she is the daughter of Jerry and Connie Simpson of Callery and granddaughter of Cliff and Dana Beers of Callery and Joyce Simpson of Indiana, Pa.———

<B>Ted Marron </B>of Foxburg graduated from Washington and Jefferson College with a bachelor's in Spanish.While at Washington and Jefferson, Marron was a standout member of the varsity golf team, earning the President's Athletic Conference MVP and first team all-conference honors in 2010. He served on the School Athletic Advisory Committee and was a member of the Spanish Club. During the spring 2009 semester, he studied at the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain.A 2006 graduate of Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School, he is the son of Lynn and Jerry Marron of Foxburg.———<B>Nicholas DeCroo</B> of Sarver graduated cum laude with a bachelor's in economics during the commencement ceremonies of Hobart and William Smith Colleges. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph DeCroo.——<BR><BR>

<B>Ashlee McCafferty</B> of Butler graduated summa cum laude from Robert Morris University with a bachelor's in nursing.While at Robert Morris, she receive the H.E.A.R.T. of Nursing Award and Ambassador Award. She was also named the spring 2010 Outstanding Nurse Graduate. She was on the dean's list and Dean's List Student Advisory Board every semester. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.She traveled to Nicaragua with nine classmates to provide nursing care to impoverished populations in November. She also served as an intern for the Association of Women's Health Obstetrics and Neonatal Nursing from June 2009 to June 2010.She is working as a nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit of Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh.A 2006 graduate of Butler High School, she is the daughter of Brian and Ruth McCafferty of Butler.———<B>Zachary Pyle</B> graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's in landscape architecture.He won the American Society of Landscape Architects Honor Award for sustained excellence in his studies. He also received two Merit Awards from the Pennsylvania-Delaware Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects for recent design studio and independent study work.While pursuing his degree, he participated in studios with projects ranging from designing for a small business campus and identifying lands to protect for a local conservancy to new-town and urban revitalization designs. This year, his major studio projects included a feasibility study for the Delaware and Hudson Gravity Railroad Greenway near Scranton and the preparation of a cultural and ecological management plan for the F.D. Roosevelt Estate in Hyde Park, N.Y.Pyle is working at SEDA-COG, a regional development agency, this summer and next fall will begin gradate studies at Penn State for a master's in landscape architecture with a focus in historic preservation.A 2005 graduate of Karns City High School, he is the son of Jeffery and Barbara Pyle of Fairview.———

<B>Kimberly Worst</B> of Butler graduated from Westminster College with a bachelor's in chemistry and chemistry education.While at Westminster, she was the recipient of the Dean's Award and was named to the dean's list. She was also the recipient of the Louise Robertson Scholarship and the Jerb Miller Scholarship. She was also a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority.She also worked in the Westminster chemistry lab. She completed internships at Kent State University and in San Francisco.She is employed as a chemistry teacher at Talbot County Schools in Maryland. She is also employed by the Boy Scouts summer camp, Moraine Trails Council, the Westminster College Chemistry Department and Old Country Buffet. She volunteers at Sydnol Farms helping Cheryl Lurengood.A 2006 graduate of Butler High School, she is the daughter of Paul and Maria Worst and granddaughter of Marty and Nancy Martonik, all of Butler.———<BR><BR>

<B>Elizabeth Keasey </B>graduated with highest distinction as a Schreyer Scholar from Penn State University with a bachelor's in accounting and a minor in the legal environment of business.Keasey was selected to represent her classmates as the Overall College Student Marshall on the basis of her academic achievement and accepted her diploma on behalf of all the graduating seniors in the Smeal College of Business.In addition to receiving the President's Freshman Award, the President Sparks Award and the Evan Pugh Junior and Senior Accounting Awards, Keasey was a two-time recipient of the Robert W. Kohler Academic Excellence in Accounting Scholarship. She was named an Outstanding Senior by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Penn State University. Having made the dean's list each semester at Penn State, she was a distinguished member of the Beta Theta chapter of Beta Alpha Psi and served on the executive board.
