Douglas Marshall

Douglas Marshall of Pittsburgh received his doctorate in rhetoric from Duquesne University. He is a graduate of Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School and received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Clarion University.

Marshall is the son of Walter and Cindy Marshall of Emlenton.
