GRADUATES
Haley Jean Libecco of Escondido, Calif., received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, Calif. She graduated with honors.
She has accepted a position at Concentra Physical Therapy in San Marcos, Calif.
Libecco received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2010 from Arizona State University. She is a 2006 graduate of Karns City High School.
Libecco is the daughter of Pam Libecco of Karns City and Philip Libecco of East Brady.
Kayla M. Durkin of Valencia graduated summa cum laude with a doctor of pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University.Durkin received an ONU recognition medal as the highest-ranking graduate in the College of Pharmacy Class of 2014.She is a member of Rho Chi and Phi Kappa Phi and she also is historian for Alpha Lambda Delta.Durkin will complete a residency at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. The residency includes teaching at the Ohio State University College of Pharmacy.She graduated from Mars High School in 2008. She is the daughter of Thomas and Debra Durkin of Valencia.
Matthew A. Miller of Chicora received a bachelor's degree in cinema and digital arts with a concentration in cinematography from Point Park University.He is working in Wyoming on the film “Cardinal Matter.”Miller is a 2010 graduate of Karns City High School. He is the son of Michele Miller and Randy Miller, both of Chicora.
