Shannon Fineran

Shannon E. Fineran of Purcellville, Va., received a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Hispanic studies from the College of William and Mary.

She is teaching English in Spain.

Fineran is a graduate of Dominion High School.

She is the daughter of Pam Chernick Balensiefen of Purcellville and Paul Fineran of Sterling, Va. She is the granddaughter of Genevieve Chernick of Butler and the late Sarge Chernick.
