Stephanie Marie Cicero received a master’s of music degree in music education with a focus in instrumental music and a focus in general music from Kent State University. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

Cicero is a 2008 graduate of Butler High School. She graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University in 2012 where she received a degree in music education/percussion.

She is an elementary general music and instrumental band teacher for the Titusville School District.

She lives in Titusville

She is the daughter of Stephen and Cecelia Cicero of Butler.
