The Butler County Community Support Program will host Speaker Jam 2021 at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Odd Fellows Shelter at Alameda Park in Butler Township.

At this free event, community residents will share their stories of resilience, strength and hope in their journey of life recovery overcoming mental health challenges and stigma.

A complimentary lunch box from Subway will be available to all who register for this event. All Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and safety protocols will be observed.

The Butler County CSP consists of a coalition of consumers of mental health services, family members and professionals in the human services community who come together to form a network of support. The group helps to shape a best-practice standard for the way treatment and other supportive services are provided within the community.
