Graduates
Ashley Marie Burns of Butler received a doctor of nursing practice, family nurse practitioner, degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
She was the president of the graduate student nurse organization and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
Burns is a 2009 graduate of Knoch High School. She received a degree in nursing from Penn State, the Behrend College and graduated in 2011 and 2013.
She is a cardiology nurse practitioner at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
Burns is the daughter of Joan and Will Burns of Butler.

Samantha C. Schnur of Chicora received a master's degree in occupational therapy from Gannon University.She was on the dean's list and president of Pi Theta Epsilon, the occupational therapy national honor society.Schnur accepted a position specializing in hand therapy at PRN Therapy.She is a 2011 graduate of Butler High School and the daughter of Jerome and Lisa Schnur of Butler.
