CLARION — Slippery Rock University’s softball team dropped a doubleheader Saturday at Clarion, bowing by scores of 11-10 in nine innings and 10-7.

Cami Fisk paced The Rock (8-22, 6-18) with a pair of hits, three runs and four RBI on the day. Leah Vith contributed a home run, double, three runs and three RBI.

Alexa Guglielmino, Courtney Hoffman, Erin Gardner and Anna Villies all had hits in both games for SRU. Clarion improved to 10-16 overall, 7-14 in PSAC play.

SRU hosts Pitt-Johnstown for a 2:30 p.m. doubleheader Friday.
