Daniel Freehling

Daniel Freehling, 64, of Butler, passed away Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021.

He was born in Butler on April 6, 1957, and was the son to the late David Sr. and Dorothy (Stewart) Freehling.

Daniel loved Harleys. He was also known to be very family oriented, hardworking, and could fix anything.

Daniel was the father of Clifford (Dawn) Freehling; brother of David (Brenda) Freehling Jr., Dale Freehling, Donna (Ronald) Moore, and Dixi (Thomas) Watterson; grandfather of Alexandria (Kevin) Kummer, Cheyenne, Samantha and Wyatt Freehling; and great-grandfather of Carson. He will be loved and missed by his family and friends.

Daniel was preceded in death by his two brothers, Dean and Dewey Freehling.

Freehling — A celebration of life for Daniel Freehling, who died Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021 will be held from 2 to 10 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022, at Oneida Valley Volunteer Fire Department.
