Every time that hunting season or fishing season comes around, I don't get excited like I did when you were here. Because I know it will be another day without you. I miss spotting deer, getting ice cream, helping me study, talking, riding quads, and watching movies together.

I know that God took you for a reason and I'm so blessed for having seventeen cherished years with you, but I just wish it could have been after graduations and my wedding someday. Life gets harder and harder every day without you, and I just wish that I could spend one more minute with you.

Thank you for being such a great dad and always being there for me. I will always be your little girl.
