Pgh. man jailed for taunting police dog
PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh man accused of taunting a police dog is being held in jail on $100,000 bail.
Police say 23-year-old Kenneth King screamed that he hates dogs and threatened to kill the animal Sunday after Benny, a German shepherd, started barking as King walked by the police car in which Benny was sitting. Taunting police animals is a felony.
