State police are seeking a Butler teenager who has run away from home on several occasions.

A news release from Troop D in Butler states Charles Joseph Brookbank, 14, was last seen at 7 p.m. Thursday in Butler.

The youth's girlfriend told police she spoke with Charles that night at a city fireworks display, which he subsequently left.

Police have been unable to find Charles since Thursday evening.

The teen is 6 feet, 3 inches and weighs 200 pounds.

He has brown eyes and brown, shoulder-length hair with curls at the tips.
