The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Sept. 30 — Britney Leann Spencer, 25, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor false report following a Sept. 15 incident. Police said Spencer falsely reported a sexual assault.

Sept. 15 — Conrad T. Johnson, 21, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 2 crash. Police said Johnson had a blood alcohol content of 0.198%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 15 — Jennifer Ann Rose, 45, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 20 traffic stop in Prospect. Police said Rose had a blood alcohol content of 0.159%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 15 — John Everett Schell Jr., 58, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 22 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Schell tested positive for marijuana.
