GRADUATES

Andrew Kriley

Andrew Kriley of Renfrew graduated magna cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in aeronautical engineering.

During his senior year, Kriley served as the midshipman commanding officer for the school's U.S. Navy ROTC unit and received his officer commission into the Navy.

Kriley was the recipient of the 2014 RPI Board of Trustees ROTC Award for Leadership and Academics. He was also co-recipient of the George M. Powell Jr. Prize for Aeronautical Engineering Innovation.

He will attend naval flight training in October. Kriley and his wife, the former Brianna Sieminski, will reside in Pensacola, Fla.

Kriley is the son of Phillip and Robin Kriley of Renfrew.

Molly Cavanaugh of Worthington graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University with a bachelor's degree of music education.She received the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association and the Society for Music Teacher Education Award for Excellence in Student Teaching.Cavanaugh received the Duquesne Academic and Music Scholarship, the Ruth E. Owen Scholarship and the Bruno Higginson Trust Scholarship.She is a choral music teacher for grades seven to 12 at Richland School District in Johnstown.Cavanaugh is a 2010 graduate of Kittanning High School and the daughter of Patrick and Mary Cavanaugh of Worthington.<br/><br/><br/><br/>

Evan Olszak of East Brady received a bachelor's degree in petroleum and natural gas engineering at the Pennsylvania State University. He was on the dean's list at Penn State.Olszak is a drilling engineer for Consol Energy.He graduated from Karns City High School in 2010 and is the son of John and Ann Marie Olszak of East Brady.
