In loving memory of Scott L. McMillin who found Heavens Gate, ten years ago on October 19, 1997.

Ten years have gone so fast, so many changes to our family and yet we find that time, does not stop the tears, nor take away the pain in our broken hearts. But Scotty, you gave us your love, strength, and courage to face the days without you. You did this by the way you loved us and in the way you lived your life.

You are a remarkable young man who always stood his ground, who believed in family, and cared about his friends.

You worked two jobs, enlisted in the Army and enjoyed fishing and hunting. NASCAR was your passion, Chevys was your ride, and you admired the #3 Dale Earnhardt.

Our lives will never be the same, and yet we go on and live each day for you. Our son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend, for love does not end with death, as you will live in our hearts forever. And someday we will be together again.
