While at the Burger King in Zelienople on April 15, three cars with Canadian license plates pulled in. The people in them were all dark-skinned, with the women wearing head wraps.

First, they came to Burger King to use the bathrooms. Then they walked over to the Dairy Queen to get some food. Coming back to their cars, one man again came into Burger King and got a handful of napkins.

Later, all three cars left, leaving three bags of trash in the Burger King parking lot.
