DELMONT — A Westmoreland County man has been charged with stealing 23 guns from a Westmoreland County sporting goods store. Justin Carroll, 27, of Jeannette, was arrested Tuesday. A Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives says Carroll is charged with theft of firearms from a federally licensed firearms dealer.

Authorities say all the guns stolen from the Delmont Sports Shop overnight Sunday have been recovered.
