You always said Mom, "It's a great life if you don't weaken" and the two things in life that heal all wounds are "Time and Sunshine." It was one year ago today that you left us on Thanksgiving weekend and indeed a true "Black Friday" that followed. The sunshine remains and time does go on.
I want to give thanks again to you Mom. I know your last words to Bob were "Thanks for everything." How fitting for Hannah Dunkle to thank her sons when it's the other way around. Your smiles were famous, and your love and kindness touched everyone. We have shared our lives these many years. You have held my hand, you have held my heart so many blessings, so few tears. Yet for now we must part. The memories you have given me are times I have shared. I will hold them, right here they will be, until we share our lives again.
Greatly missed,Son DickHannah,Do not stand at my grave and weep,I am not there; I do not sleep.I am a thousand winds that blow,I am the softly falling snow.I am the gentle showers of rain,I am the fields of ripening grain.I am in the morning hush,I am in the graceful rush.Of birds in circling flight.I am the star shine of the nightI am in the flowers that bloom,I am in a quiet room.I am the birds that sing,I am in each lovely thing.
Knowing you hastouched my life,Pamela Denny
