Are you really brain dead? Why in the world would someone who has bought their property, pays taxes, and takes pride in their home need to go inside to get away from a dog that should not be in their yard? Why would they have to wait until the damn thing is gone? NO WAY!! I could see not causing any harm to a dog if it only gets out once in awhile and comes in your yard..I'm not talking about shooting it then. However, if you have a dog that is constantly in your yard, then you have every right in the world to shoot it. If you can't be a good owner, and keep your dog in your own yard, or on a leash at all times, then you should not have it at all, PERIOD!
