Pet Owners need to pay a heavy fine for allowing pets to run loose. Recently, my child was waiting for her school bus and the neighbors cat scratched her. This cat has a demonic personality and should not be let loose. But if I say something to the owner, I'll be wrong. Hey People, Keep your pets in YOUR house and take care of them. Other people do not want bothered. I say hefty fines for pet owners,especially those who "Just Let Their Pet loose to Go To the bathroom". Make them pay. Stop causing problems for neighbors and residents. I do not own a pet because of these issues. I would not want to see anybody harmed or convenienced because of a so-called pet. I do not want bothered by your pet. I do not want its pooh in my yard. I do not want your cat running on top of my car scratching it to heck and back.. Perhaps this is more clear to you. Law makers need to get more strict on the pet owners, and I agree with the Butler judge that Let the man go for shooting a dog. Self Defense. It was HIS yard. KEEP YOUR PETS IN YOUR OWN YARD. That pet owner should have gotten a huge fine for allowing her pet to run loose. There is a leash law. Why do pet owners feel that everyone should put up with their pets????
