Richard F. Chaffin, 68, of Sunnyview Home died at 1:36 p.m. Dec. 22 at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Nov. 21, 1938, he was the son of the late Donald H. and Anna Weis Chaffin.

He was the last surviving member of his family and was preceded in death by a brother and a niece.
