Why stop with pets, I dont like kids walking unsupervised around my neighborhood making noise and walking through my yard, maybe they should be on leashes and the parents be fined for it. Thanks to wonderful people like you I get a fine if my dog barks inside or out,maybe we could fine people any time they say "BOO" in public because I find it annoying. Its called toulerance, get of your high horses and reallize it isnt a perfect world we live in and stop trying to make it one. If a pet deficates in your yard TALK to your neighbor about it instead of just SHOOTING there dog and I bet 90% of the time they will apologize and clean it up and you might even learn to like your nieghbor and there pet. Just because you dont own a pet shouldnt make it more dificult for me to own one!!!!
