I think bad drivers in Butler are a much bigger problem than bad dogs. At least once a day someone cuts me off, tailgates me, runs a red light or stop sign when I have the right of way, fails to yield to me at a yield sign, or passes someone when there's oncoming traffic (me) so that I almost have a head-on collision with them! If the police won't do anything about it, and clearly they're not because it happens all the time, then I think I should be able to. I guess I can't shoot someone for bad driving, even though they're endangering my life and breaking the law, but what if I just shoot their tires? They're threatening my safety! And we all know a lot more people die or are injured from traffic accidents then from dog attacks.
