It's in referance to the murder of David Scott Kirkpatrick. Also there have been other murder case that have been thrown out in Franklin,Pa. He was killed in September 2006 and the man who killed him is still walking free. Scott was my brother, my family and I will not stop until we get the justice he deserves. I'm just trying to make people aware of the situation in hand.
