State Rep. Brandon Dukes, D-12th, and House Appropriations Chairman Rep. Jordan Harris, D-186th, are hosting an informational session about state grant opportunities from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Road.

Dukes and Harris will be joined by state agencies to dispense tips on grant funding resources, application best practices and how to find the right grant program for an organization. There will also be a question-and-answer period.
