Police reports as of Sept. 28
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Sept. 7 — Robert S. Sennett Jr., 43, of Butler, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances following a Sept. 7 incident. Police said Sennett had about 1.3 grams of crack cocaine.
Sept. 9 — Jennifer Lynn Barney, 51, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 8 incident. Police said Barney had Gabapentin and another unidentified pill, two hypodermic needles, a smoking pipe and related paraphernalia.
Sept. 9 — Tyler James Karch, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a Sept. 7 incident. Police said Karch threw a rock at a vehicle causing $2,181.20 in damage.
Sept. 8 — Fritz Fredrick Nickle, 61, of Jackson Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 27 crash. Police said Nickle had a blood alcohol content of 0.29%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Sept. 8 — Joseph Ethan Deibler, 22, of Jefferson County, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 12 traffic stop. Police said Deibler showed signs of impairment.
Sept. 9 — Angel Snell-Guerrero, 20, of South Fayette Township, Allegheny County, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following a Sept. 6 incident. Police said Snell-Guerrero was fighting another man and required a taser deployment for police to gain control of him.
Sept. 7 — Nathan J. Gutshall, 43, of Sandy Lake, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and DUI following a Sept. 6 incident in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Gutshall struck a woman in the face and showed signs of impairment.
Sept. 8 — Robert. M. MacDonald, 44, of Clearfield Township, was charged with felony strangulation and two misdemeanor counts of simple assault following a Sept. 5 incident in Clearfield Township. Police said MacDonald put a man in a chokehold, struck a woman in the face and shoved a man.
