Bucks County 911 head steps down
DOYLESTOWN, Pa. — The head of Bucks County's 911 dispatch system retired. Brent Wiggins' retirement comes after dispatchers mishandled a distress call from a disabled woman who died in a fire.
The call was from 53-year-old Brenda Orr. It took 27 seconds before someone answered the phone. Orr was then put on hold for another 27 seconds.
