Route 28 hillside blasting postponed until next week
HARMARVILLE — PennDOT has postponed plans to test blasting equipment that will be used to prevent landslides along Route 28 due to saturated soil conditions that have made it difficult to drill.
The blasting, which had been set for Thursday, has been postponed until next week.
