Pittsburgh pilot dies in plane crash
GREENSBURG — Authorities in Western Pennsylvania have identified a Pittsburgh man as the pilot who died in the crash of a small plane in a wooded area of Westmoreland County.
Authorities say 78-year-old John Haber was flying the twin-engine Cessna that crashed five miles north of Route 22 at about 9:45 a.m. Sunday.
A county Department of Public Safety spokesman describes Haber as an experienced recreational pilot
