NEW CASTLE — Prosecutors have withdrawn all charges against a woman accused of abandoning her 4-month-old baby on a porch.

Lelanie Gurley, 21, of Beaver Falls, was charged last month with endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

But Lawrence County prosecutors withdrew the charges Wednesday after Susan Papa, the county's Juvenile Master, said Gurley reported that she left the baby at the home of the child's father. The man denies he's the father.
